PAYMENT METHODS - YOU FIRST SRL accepts the following forms of payment only:

a)CREDIT CARD: If payment is made by credit card, financial information will be processed by the financial institution Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Cantù only, and will be sent by encrypted protocol, which ensures maximum purchase security. You First S.r.l. will not be able to use such information, except for procedures relating to your purchase and/or to provide a return if an article is returned. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. If sufficient funds for the purchase are available and the bank information provided is valid, the price of purchase of the articles and the shipping costs, if any, will be credited to the account of You First S.r.l. at the time of the transaction. You First S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order if its bank is unable to obtain verification from the customer’s bank.

b)PAYPAL: Customers who choose PayPal as their payment methods may pay directly using their verified PayPal accounts.

c)BANK TRANSFER: By choosing bank transfer as the method of payment, the customer will automatically submit an order request to You First S.r.l. That request will then be confirmed by an e-mail containing the bank details for completing the bank transfer. The customer is kindly requested to send a copy of the transfer confirmation (including the transaction reference number) by e-mail or fax. If a copy of the transfer confirmation is not received within three business days of order confirmation, the order will be cancelled. Orders will only be filled once it has been confirmed that the payment has been credited to the seller’s account.

d)CASH ON DELIVERY: The customer may pay cash on delivery to the courier. An additional €10.00 fee applies to the cash on delivery.

The products purchased from the website are sold by YOUFIRST SRL, with registered office in Milan, Italy at Via Giosuè Carducci 5, registered with the CCIAA nr. 08154910965, REA nr 2006185, VAT registration 08154910965, tel. +39 02 80886632.. (hereinafter “the seller”).

In offering its products for sale on the website, You First S.r.l. is directing its offer solely to individuals who qualify as “end consumers” (hereinafter “the customer”). In order to conclude a contract, the customer must be 18 years of age, have the capacity to contract, must not be barred and/or disqualified, and must have a valid e-mail address. You First S.r.l. requests that persons who do not satisfy the foregoing requirements refrain from submitting orders. The customer must also provide his or her full personal particulars. Through its website, You First S.r.l. offers the customer a virtual shop selling products manufactured in Italy that may be consulted online. The customer may view the seller’s products and offers and then decide to make a purchase in accordance with these general conditions of sale. The products and prices presented on the site constitute an offering to the public. The seller reserves the right to modify its website without prior notice.

The prices of products for EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) are inclusive of VAT.

VAT is not levied on the price of purchase of products sold to customers in non-EU Member States. Such sales are exempt transactions pursuant to Art. 8(1)(a). The customer is liable for local taxes, import taxes and customs duties.

VAT and delivery costs, where applicable, will be indicated at the time of the order. The prices of products are subject to update. However, the price to be applied will be that indicated by the site when the order is placed, without considering any subsequent price changes.

When placing an order, the customer must follow the procedure indicated by the site and read the general conditions of sale carefully. By sending order confirmation, the customer accepts all general conditions of sale and the content of site pages.

The contract will be regarded as concluded when the seller receives a complete, correct order, including all necessary and requested information. You First S.r.l. will then confirm receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. This confirmation e-mail will include a summary of the products chosen, their prices (including delivery costs, if any), the delivery address, and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order.

You First S.r.l. will not accept incomplete or incorrect orders, and in such cases the contract will not be considered concluded. Once the online purchasing procedure has been properly completed, an identification number will be assigned to the completed order. If the products ordered are no longer available or on sale, You First S.r.l. will inform the customer thereof in a timely manner and refund any sum already paid by the customer.



We ship to all of Italy and internationally by courier.
When a product ships, the customer will receive an e-mail including the shipping number, which will allow him or her to verify the status of the shipment.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be indicated on the order confirmation summary page. Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damages at no additional charge. Once the goods reach their destination, the insurance ceases to apply.
Orders placed on the weekend will be filled on the next business day. Products purchased and paid for by bank transfer or Postepay service will be shipped when payment is credited to our account or card.
Indicatively, products will be delivered in 5 business days. Please allow for an additional day for delivery to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and other islands.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays. If the customer refuses to accept the goods, or the goods otherwise are not collected, the customer will be charged all shipping costs and any additional expenses.
Products will be delivered in special packaging. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for verifying that the packaging is intact before signing for delivery. If the external packaging is not intact, the customer may refuse to accept the parcel, providing written justification for such refusal and sending us immediate notice, by e-mail or fax, of refusal of the parcel due to damaged packaging. It is understood that once the customer has signed for delivery by the courier, he or she will no longer be able to raise any objections concerning the packaging.
For purchases of less than €200.00 the cost of shipping in Italy is €6.00. For purchases of more than €200.00 shipping in Italy is free. The customer may calculate the cost of shipping to all other countries by adding a product to his or her shopping cart.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalties and without any obligation to provide justification, within 10 business days of receiving the articles.

To initiate the return procedure, the customer must sent an e-mail to the address indicating the order number and the codes for the articles that he or she intends to return. Once the return request has been received, the customer support office will send an e-mail containing the return code, instructions for returning the goods and an authorisation form. The customer must then complete the form, print it, place it in the envelope attached to the outside of the package and return the goods within the terms indicated above.

Returns without completed authorisation forms will not be accepted.

In addition to initiating the aforementioned return procedure, within ten business days of receiving the goods the customer must return the article(s) received by delivering it/them to the courier that shipped it/them. Returns are completely free of charge, but only if the customer uses the same courier as responsible for the initial shipment. If the customer uses another courier, he or she will bear all costs of returning the article(s), and he or she will also be liable for any loss or damage of the goods to be returned in transit.

In order for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, the articles to be returned must be intact. The products must not have been used, washed or damaged. The authenticity tag and warranty seal must still be attached to the products, which must be returned in their original packaging.

The articles must be returned to our office. Alternatively, the customer may bring the articles personally to our office within ten business days of receiving the goods and after having initiated the return procedure.

Products to be returned (attributable to a single order) must be sent in a single shipment. If the customer returns products from a single order in multiple shipments, the customer will be charged return costs for the second and any additional shipments. Returned products will be inspected, and if the conditions indicated above have not been satisfied (return period, failure to initiate the return procedure, product integrity, original packaging, warranty seal and authenticity tag attached to the product), we will not consider the right of withdrawal to have been properly exercised and we will allow the customer to re-accept the goods, with the customer liable for all shipping costs. In any event, no refund will be provided.

If the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, we will refund the amounts paid (inclusive of shipping costs) as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date on which we become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once we have verified the conformity and integrity of the products returned and the conditions of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
